My formula returns #ERROR!, what's wrong?
The most common cause is hitting the free tier monthly limit (50 calls/month). Wait until the 1st of next month, or upgrade to Pro for 1,000 calls/month. Other causes include: no internet connection, an invalid license key, or a formula syntax error. Check the exact error text by hovering over the cell.
How do I install SheetSense?
Open any Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, go to Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons, search for "SheetSense", and click Install. After installation, type
=AI("hello") in a cell to confirm it's working. The first call may take a few seconds to initialize.How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Purchase a Pro or Business license at kevcraft4.gumroad.com. After purchase, you'll receive a license key by email. Enter it in SheetSense's Settings sidebar (Extensions > SheetSense > Settings) to unlock your tier.
Is my spreadsheet data stored or shared?
No. Cell content you pass to SheetSense functions is sent to the AI processing API and returned as output. We do not retain a copy on our servers. Your email address and usage count are stored only to manage your plan tier. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
My license key isn't working
Make sure you are entering the key in the Settings sidebar (not a cell), and that there are no extra spaces. License keys are validated against the email address used for purchase, make sure you're signed into Google Sheets™ with the same email. If the problem persists, email us with your Gumroad receipt and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Can I use SheetSense on multiple spreadsheets?
Yes. SheetSense is installed at the Google account level, so it works in all your spreadsheets. Your call quota (50/month on Free, 1,000/month on Pro) is shared across all sheets.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@wellerdeveler.com within 30 days of purchase with your Gumroad receipt. We offer a full refund, no questions asked, within that window.
